Ushi Jiro offers a course meal of its most popular grilled dishes and delicacies.Recommended meat appetizers include premium lean meat yukhoe and lean meat sushi.Our grilled dishes include thickly sliced tongue and rare cuts, as well as specially selected skirt steak made from rare Japanese Black beef.Of course, we also have loin, kalbi, and our fresh, proud offal. To finish off, we have Kuroge Wagyu sirloin yakisuki, which goes perfectly with the meat. Wrap it in hot rice for the ultimate yakisuki TKG! Please give it a try.
